We’re excited to share that every E-Teamer will continue to receive a branded Sport-Tek Polo each year – a simple but powerful way to show unity across all our locations.

Annual Distribution (Client Appreciation Day Events):

• Each summer, ahead of our Client Appreciation Day celebrations, all E-Teamers will receive a brand-new Ernest polo.
• The Marketing Communications Team will take care of ordering and distributing – no need for divisions to take action here.

New Hire Process (Post-Client Appreciation Day Events):

• For E-Teamers who join after the annual distribution, the GM will be responsible to ensure they receive the same Ernest-branded Sport-Tek Polo from the Ernest Swag Store.
• Polos must be ordered through this link.
• GMs must use their corporate-issued credit card when placing the order.

Client Automation Specialists:

• New Client Automation Specialists receive 6 polos (they may select their colors)
